I went to a sound bath with Cyndi Combs at Vallejo Yoga and it was honestly such a good experience. The space felt really calm right away, and Cyndi has a super soothing presence that makes it easy to just relax.

The sound bath itself was beautiful. The bowls and sounds kind of just take over and help you fully check out mentally. I felt really grounded after, like my whole body just reset.

Definitely recommend if you need to unwind or just want something different for self care. I’ll for sure be going back. ✨
